Despite the logic in my approach it is the road less traveled in the Real Estate industry. Many do not possess the attributes to be anything other then a salesperson. Salespeople are always promoting themselves . We see pictures of them with their kids, their cars, their golf clubs, standing in front of "Sold" signs, and flaunting multiple dollar producer designations on their business cards.
